How it works

Here you will find the information you need to seamlessly integrate Nutrifit Cafe in to your lifestyle.

How To Order:

- Click on the Online Ordering tab in the top right corner of your desktop, or the drop down menu from your mobile.

- Notice there are various menus to choose from.

- After selecting the items you wish, please select if you'd like to pickup or have your order delivered*

- If you have selected "delivery", please fill out where you want your order delivered to (The delivery fee will automatically be calculated based on AA rates)

- Continue to fill out your contact information.

- Confirm your order is correct and submit.

- Sit back & relax.

What you need to know

- Orders for pickup require approximately 1 hour preparation time.

- Orders for delivery have varying times depending on the area, we will do our utmost to have your order delivered within the time-frame specified on your order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

- We encourage you and a friend/family member/colleague to order together, this way we can split the delivery fee and save you money.

- If your delivery address does not show up, type in an alternative address and the correct address in the delivery instructions tab.

- If you'd like your order delivered at a specific time, please specify this and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Payment

- Payment of your order can be made via EFT/Cash/Card on delivery or pickup.

- Prepaid accounts can be opened, just send us an email to info@nutrifitcafe.co.za with your name, contact number and the amount you wish to load, after which we will require proof of payment when paying via EFT.

Your account will then be activated within 15 minutes and you can place your first order.

Is this a Subscription Service?


No, feel free to order when you like, the choice is yours.




How long does it take for my order to arrive?


Order times vary from 2 hours up to a day, this will be shown before checkout upon entering your delivery address.




How do I pay for my order?


Orders must be paid on delivery, via cash/card/EFT. For EFT payments, please use your name as reference Nutrifit Cafe FNB Branch Code: 250655 Account Number: 62505577695




Can Nutrifit Cafe prepare a custom meal plan?


Absolutely! Send your diet/meal plan to info@nutrifitcafe.co.za so we can quote you on a personal plan given to you by a certified nutritionist or dietician.




Are the Nutrifit Meals frozen?


No, all meals are delivered fresh and will stay fresh for up to three (3) days in the fridge.




Can I freeze the meals?


Yes, however not all items are suitable for freezing (eg. Salad). We recommend that you wrap the containers in cling wrap to make them airtight before freezing.




Do you use any additives when cooking?


No, we lightly season the food for flavour however, no sugars/oils/fats are added when cooking.




Do you offer nutritional advice?


Yes, within limitations. We can guide you on the better choices to make in your every day lifestyle, however we cannot prescribe/diagnose/treat any illness, disease or chronic health issues. Please consult your physician or visit the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology (CDE) based in Houghton, Johannesburg.
